Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zetea'll regarding your use of our service. By accessing or using Zetea'll, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the service.

Description of Service

Zetea'll is an intelligent tracking service that helps users monitor various types of data including, but not limited to:

• Product prices across multiple retailers
• Social media metrics and engagement
• Custom metrics and data points
• Automated alerts and notifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features, higher usage limits, and enhanced functionality. Subscription details and pricing are available in the app.

Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• You will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period
• Billing periods may be monthly or annual, as selected
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that time.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zetea'll and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to any content you create or submit through the service. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your tracking data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Third-Party Services

Our service may integrate with or provide access to third-party websites, services, and content. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party content
• Third-party terms of service or privacy policies
• Any transactions between you and third parties
• Actions or omissions of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

Data Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate tracking data:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of tracked data
• Prices and metrics may change between checks
• Third-party sources may be unavailable or provide incorrect information
• You should verify important information independently
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on tracked data

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding availability, reliability, or accuracy
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZETEA'LL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or lost opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Damages arising from third-party content or services

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zetea'll and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@zeteall.com to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and not as part of any class or representative action. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zetea'll operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending you an email notification (if you have an account)

Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zetea'll regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
